Woman Arrested for Attempting to Set Alpha Hour Auditorium Ablaze

Pastor Elvis Agyemang says CCTV footage and swift action prevented a major fire.

A woman whose identity has not been disclosed is currently in police custody for allegedly attempting to set Alpha Hour ablaze.

The incident was disclosed by Chief Alpharian and Founder of Grace Mountain Ministries, Pastor Elvis Agyemang, during a recent episode of the popular prayer programme.

CCTV Footage Exposes Suspect

According to Pastor Elvis Agyemang, the Grace Mountain Ministries auditorium would have been destroyed if not for the presence of CCTV cameras and the quick intervention of church officials.

He shared a video showing the woman allegedly attempting to start a fire inside the auditorium.

Woman Pretended to Be Praying

In the video, which has since gone viral on social media, the womanโ€”dressed in whiteโ€”was initially seen behaving as though she was praying.

Moments later, she reportedly attempted to set the auditorium ablaze for reasons yet to be established.

Fortunately, she was detected in time, apprehended, and handed over to the police.

Pastor Elvis Reacts

Reacting to the incident, Pastor Elvis Agyemang stated that he has no personal comment on the matter, stressing that he wants the law to take its full course.

Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
