The deceased, identified as Kofi, was the second-born child of Faustina Fosu. Reports indicate that he passed away in Kumasi in the early hours of Saturday, January 24, 2026.

Nation Blogger recently organised a fundraising campaign for Faustina Fosu, which reportedly raised about GH₵10,000 to support her during a difficult period.

The death of Kofi marks another devastating blow to Faustina Fosu, coming barely six months after the passing of her brother, Daddy Lumba.

The legendary musician died on July 26, 2025, and was laid to rest on December 13, 2025, following a well-attended burial ceremony.
